Perfect for snorkeling and canoeing, the nearby reef is close enough to swim to its crystal clear waters housing myriad colorful fish and coral.

Veligandu Island has another great beach readily accessible from the airport at Male in fifteen minutes. Flying over many islands and reefs you land right at the beach that is an 80 meter white-gold sea shore that is squeaky clean. Offshore is the atoll with a spectacular reef. Swim into the lagoon or snorkel out to the inner reef and watch the natural wonders.
